September 16, 2024 by Gail Filed Under: Books by Gail Priest, Books by Gail Priest

It’s been two years since Kyle Keephart lost his young wife and the last thing he’s looking forward to is the holidays. But when his sister convinces him to attend his twentieth-class reunion, he reluctantly agrees.

Having recently left her husband, Megan Murphy intends to spend the holidays licking her wounds while she hides out at her childhood home. Her mother, however, insists Megan attend her high school reunion, hoping she’ll reconnect with old friends.

Destiny intervenes when Kyle and Megan both show up to the reunion one night too late. They catch up over dinner, and old high school attractions reignite. One date leads to another, and just as their hearts begin to open and risk falling for each other, Megan’s husband comes to town. He promises to change and wants Megan to come home.

Megan feels obligated to give her marriage one more chance, but her heart wants only to stay with Kyle. Kyle fears his heart that never fully recovered from the death of his wife is about to be shattered again.

But what that’s saying about holiday magic?

For Kyle and Megan, maybe, just maybe, A Collingswood Christmas will bring a second chance at true love.
